Peter Parker's Life
Peter Lost Both his parrents and lived with his Uncle ben and Aunt May His uncle dies... has to be a hero ...he's a hero and that means he had to miss classes and his job never paid that much doing peter had to kill his best friend's father (and his best friend in the comic books)

Bruce Waynes where his parrents were killed infront of his eyes... when he was 8... and has no parrents grows up with a billion dollar family business...and made it stronger.... his second sidekick robin dies and feels its his fault

batman, first off he watched his parent be murdered,
spidey lost him parent but had a loving family ,were as batman only has a loving butler. batman does have a better life as far as money is concerned but never developed and friends, where as peter has money issues, after spidey grew up he gained a great network of friends. as married a supermodel he loves.
Batman has lost jason todd and felt guilty, he felt guilt over batgirl being crippled by the joker, feel's guilt over the current robin's fathers murder, lost the 4th robin also know as the spoiler to torture by the black mask. his closest friend jim jordan has had his fiance killed by the joker. and his closest thing to a girlfrien has been catwoman.
spidey, lost him parent, feels guilt over his uncle bens murder lost a girlfriend gwen stacy, felt guily over being involve with his best friends father death, felt guilt of harry turning into the gobin, lost a child to misscarage. and may now lose his aunt may for a second time.
spidey may have it hard but he has loving friend sorronding him at all times, to support him.
batman has been consumed with his need to need to protect the city and has no one but his butler and one or two grudging allies

Peter had the obvious worst life, peter had to fight to were he is. his schooling, his successes, Batman inherited his wealth, but managed to keep it strong.
Batman Peter never saw any of his family membes die in front of his eyes. Batman at the age of 8 saw his parents die in front of his eyes now imagine that how traumatized he kid must've been when he saw this..

peter was broke. He felt responsible for his unlce's death. He never HAD parents.
dont forget peter's best friend's father killed his girlfriend.
then his best friend became his enemy.
I would have to say Batman.
He actually witnessed the violent murder of his parents in front of him, when he was a young, helpless child.
After that, he had absolutely no family members to turn to for emotional comfort. Therefore, he was reliant on the help of the family butler Alfred for nurturing, teaching, confidence and compassion which may explain why he is so reluctant to trust, and so distant in his romantic relationships, close friendships.
Spiderman was partially responsible for his uncle's murder by not doing anything. Also, the last words that Spidey (Peter Parker) spoke to his uncle where words he said in anger. However, he was a teenager when his uncle was murdered, so he had developed more as an individual and had some understanding of how life works.
Not to mention that his aunt May never blamed him for his uncle's death, and she was always there for Spidey to confide in when he needed someone to talk to. Not so in Batman's (Bruce Wayne's) case.
spider man By far spider man wasnt rasied by his parent like you said but he never really knew them but his Uncle ben was killed by the man he let escape that much is true from the movie so he too feels its his fault batmans robin died but its nothing compared to if you father dies (father is a person that rasies you can teaches you values a dad is someones genes you inherited) and Spider-mans first girlfreind was killed Gwen Stacy was killed becasue she was dating Spider-man so he feels thats his fault also as mentioned he has to kill his best friend and bestfriends dad also he does eventually get a teaching degree and struggles as a substitute teacher life is hard for spidy and hes broke but maganges to stay upbeat some how Batman needs to chill out its been like 30+ years since his parents died it hurts to lose family but if spider man could bounce back so can he and his millions. also Batman has Alfred his family Butler since before he was born and is just as much a father figure as uncle ben. people are forggting one thing batman chose to distince him self he had his butler to talk to chose not to had plenty of friends all JLA and the robins even though most of them died except of course night wing and you know why he became nightwing and seperated him self is because batman wouldnt open up to him or anybody else so batman had no friends and lost alot of them because when they tried to open up them he wouldnt open to them Spidey had to group of heros to cling to like the Bats, Batman has friends he just dosent use them or call upon them he's to cocky and prideful to call for hel pwhen he needs it
