The rasengan with demon fox is cool and has decent effects to it
Sharingan sasuke with chidori has amazing effects with the lightning and everything ( Sharingan is cool :D )
and Orochimaru's 5 Prong seal doesnt have much effects but leaves a wicked cool mark ...........................

Sasuke is quick and intellegent. So I think Sasuke Uchiha is better.
