I watched both, and I prefere BECK. I read some of the manga [both titles] and I found to like the anime more, just because you can actually hear the music, plus the stories get dragged for too long, and I think BECK was fine at ending at 26 episodes. The Nana manga is good too, but it's too "soap opera" for my taste. Both titles are good but I just prefere BECK the anime overall...wow I feel like a nerd lol
Ive also heard of them too. well read a little of both and then read which one is more interesting.
They are both enjoyable so I would suggest going the gender bias road. Do you want to read about guys making it big time or girls (with MANY) girl problems making it to the top?
