Fruits Basket Question?!

Question: Has Fruits Basket helped you to become a better person? It has for me. I try to be more like Tohru, and think of her when I get really annoyed or mad. What about you?

I think it taught me to be a better person and that my actions and words could impact another and leave them with deep scars. All of the zodiac members (and the cat) have emotional scars that makes me realize how deeply words and actions (or not doing anything at all....like when Hiro did nothing for Kisa) can leave a person will long lasting effects they could carry for the rest of their lives.
Fruits Basket also makes me want to be like Tohru and go and save people. '<>'

i have a habit of being more like kyo
but i see it so i have tried to just punch the table without braking it so to speak : - p

No, but then again, I'm more like Shigure, anyway. It would probably not be in my best interest to be even more like him. Tohru actually bugs me a bit--she never thinks about her own well-being and takes so much crap she doesn't have to.

Tohru's kinda helped me with handling problems, or doing things I don't want to do. I'm most like Kagura though. And not in a good way.

When i first read Fruits Basket, i was like "omg, how can Tohru be so modest and nice?! i get a temper tantrum every 10 min!" i tried to model after her and it ended up quite nicely. In the end, remember how Akito was sooo nice? i try to be like that too. i love how kyo AND yuki can be thoughtful of others at times...same with shigure! oh what the heck all of them are nice especially Tohru!

Yes..I learned that I shouldn't be so hard on myself and I should look for the good qualities in myself..that I should be thankful for what I have compared to other peole like tohru. I also learned that if you truly love someone you should take there feeling into account and if you really like them you wouldn't want to take that persons friends away from them

Hope that helps:)

yes. but im already a tohru type of person before i watched the anime... it help me to become a better person by improving my attitude that helps other and cheer them up more often because i was inspired even more by tohru or should i say the author of fruit basket...^_^
