Ichigo mentions various times that his hair is orange(like, actual orange) and that he doesn't let that set him apart. Um, yeah. hahaha...

Of course, its not likly ot be anything real so looking from a an animation point of view it is probably supppose to be light red in real life. Similar to maybe someone born of say Irish and German decent maybe.
