Family guy Vs other similar shows.?!
Question: In my opinion, family guy by far beats all other cartoons ever. The thing that i like the most is the fact that they have "subliminal jokes", i mean jokes that you don't understand at first, but if you look very closely and watch the same old episode 5 times, you will get it. also, i don't get bored of watching the same episode a couple of time unlike other cartoons. What do you think?

Yeah, I can get an idea of what you're saying. I like Family Guy for that reason. Alot of the jokes have to do with things only older people would understand. For example, the part in one episode where Chester Cheetah was snortin' cheetos while listening to Rush. Ha ha. Sure some kids might have laughed, but did they know why it was funny? Most kids nowadays don't realize how heavy cocaine usage was back then. Then to comment on how great a drummer Neil Peart was, what kids today know who Neil Peart is?

i am addicted to it also but there are a lot of very mediocre episodes - the simpsons has that also but has been going for soooooooooooo much longer - so the simpsons still edges it for me

I always LMAO when Family Guy is on....I love stuwie....hes so destructive & rebelious....and the fact that he sounds English....He's got that evil wit that most us Brits can relat to lol!
I prefer the Simpsons and South Park over the Family Guy. Family Guy tries to act smart with the random pop-culture references, but it gets tired after a while.
it certinly is one of the best nowadays but hidden jokes? i know what ur talking about but they arent that hidden. haha i guess it takes some people more time to get it than others. its ok i get alot of jokes on futurama b4 others do too.
