I want to watch a good anime i havent seen?!
Question: ive already seen(in order of how much i liked them):
Trigun, Cowboy Bebop(and movie), FLCL, full metal panic(all seasons), Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann, welcome to the nhk, FMA, outlaw star, desert punk(aka sunabouzu), akira, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, excel saga, hellsing, fruits basket, samurai champloo, ergo proxy, wolf's rain, inuyasha, irresponsible captain tylor, neon genesis evangelion, chobits, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan, Nurse Witch Komugi-Chan Magikarte Z, howl's moving castle, .hack//sign, escaflowne, steel angel kurumi, wild arms T.V.
I didn't really like any of the ones i listed after evangelion at all(they sucked imo)
Im currently watching lucky star, GTO(sort of), bleach, naruto
I already know about: slayers, nadesico, devil may cry, kiba, gungrave, , d.grayman, samurai deeper kyo, a few others

Im looking for something with action(some comedy to) and not all swords if possible.

Holy cow, your list is full of garbage! Dude- some of the best is old stuff. Here are two of my favorites:
Vampire Hunter D (there's a sequel, it's...eh.)
Ninja Scroll (again, there's a sequel but it's not even close to the original)
Inuyasha? Bleach? dang, man, I can't believe I even listed them with some of my favs... echhh!
Have you watched Death Note?? it's REALLY good (mostly action and intrigue but it's really mental, i think you'll like it), and D-grayman too... what else? Black cat, even though i just read the beggining of the manga, but i liked it if it's for comedy and action.... if i think of anything else i'll let you know. Haven't seen nightwalker but some ppl have strongly recomend it, it's a clasic! and shaman king is another clasic that i strongly recomend if you're looking for action and comedy
