But if you want, you can draw chibi Narutos. Yea, Naruto with s. (chibi) Kage bunshin no jutsu!
As for the background, just add some smoke. If you're an artist that is as good as kurot or az (if you don't know her, she's frzdragon) smoke background would be good. But if you're still struggling with backgrounds, try forest.
And for the pose, remember various pose from kage bunshin? You can use that as a reference :D
