Question: Well i really wanna go to the Sakura-con in seattle in 2008

Do you have to pay to get in??

Just look for a Short Itachi Uchiha, with a group of Akatsuki, most likely missing a Konan and Pein :)

Its my first convention to, so lets help eachother out.

Yes, you must pay to get in, i would go to sakuracon.org and order your ticket early, incase they sell out

You can pre-register for $45 until Mar 2. If not, you can pay $60 at the door for all three days, $35 for Friday; $40 for Saturday; $30 for Sunday.

There's usually a lot of people in costume, a game room, a delaer's room... it really depends on the convention. There's also panels to listen to people speak and such and lots of guests, like voice actors.
As far as other conventions in Washington, I don't believe there are any. You may be able to find some in nearby states though. ^_^
