Naruto's demon would probably kill the lion. Then jesus will try to smite Naruto, Naruto will use some jutsu on Jesus. But then again Jesus can be resurrected... I really think it will be a draw between Jesus and Naruto.

Let's see, if we take the phrase, "JESUS CHRIST IT'S A LION GET IN THE CAR" literal meaning, we find that someone is telling Jesus to hide in a car because he cannot take the lion. This means Jesus is out of the race, and it is down to just Naruto and a lion.
Naruto on the surface appears to have the advantage because he is a ninja, a stealthg assassin. However, upon further examination we see that Naruto wears a bright orange uniform. He can hide/sneak up on no one, so the lion can easily spot and maul him.
