The Joker... hands down. No contest.

Brainiac... he knows everything... :P

BATMAN AND SUPER MAN

lol

VENOM!!.. i just like his tongue =)~

The joker is the best villian of all time. He was first created as a one shot appearence in the Batman comics and was suppose to stay dead after the first issue but he was so popular that DC brought him back. He is still one of the most popular villians of all time not to mention that in the comcis he is one of the most evil characters ever created.

Like other people are saying, the Joker is a great one. I also love Doctor Doom. And lex Luthor is also very classically great. back in the 1990's, I thought Venom was awesome but his coolness had died down considerably for me- I don't think he's been handled well by the writers. Also, most of Batman's rogues gallery are great. I'm not sure why, but of all heroes, Batman seems to have, by far, the most well known villains. As popular as Superman is, who can name more than 2 or 3 classic villains of his? With Batman, you have the Joker, The Riddler, Two Face, Penguin, Cat Woman, Mr. Freeze, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy.... and each one is so unique and so colorful and so interesting. I love Batman's villains.

Dormammu or Nightmare.
(Dr. Strange)

I would have to say Deathstroke the Terminator (Slade Wilson), also called simply Deathstroke (and originally simply the Terminator) He is a mercenary and assassin who first appeared in The New Teen Titans (1st series) #2 (1980).
Imbued with enhanced physical prowess by secret army experiments attempting to create meta human soldiers for the U.S. military, Deathstroke the Terminator (called "Terminator" for most of his published existence) became a mercenary soon after the experiment. However, he kept this career secret from his family, even though his wife was an expert military combat instructor, until a criminal named the Jackal kidnapped his younger son, Joseph, as a hostage to force Slade to divulge the name of a client who had hired him as an assassin. Slade refused to do so, claiming that it was against his personal honor code, and attacked and killed the kidnappers at the rendezvous. Unfortunately, Joseph's throat was slashed by one of the criminals before Slade could prevent it, destroying his vocal cords and rendering him mute.

Slade was been both Friend a foe to all most every DC super Hero. and has even had his own children be come to the good side of things. He is a Little crazy but has Taite both Nightwight and Arsenal a lot over the years.
