Question: can rain ninja use basic techniques like replacement,bunshin,escaping,etc.?
and can they use basic genjutsu like false place and hell viewing?
and one more thing can you use waterclone when their is no water source?

the only thing i know is they can still do waterclone without water. There is water everywhere like the plants or the ground. Rain Ninja can do genjutsu and they can do replacement techniques and other things that a normal ninja can do.
