Does Bruce Wayne go on patrol every night?!
Question: Does he prowl the night as Batman everyday, or just the weekends or every other day? I mean he has a job, he has to work out, and keep up his reputation as a playboy.

Almost every night. There are occasions when he is prevent from patrolling for instance if he needs to make an appearance as Bruce somewhere or if he is out of the area on a case. The reputation as a playboy is kept up; 1. by rumors 2. assumption, once a playboy always a playboy. 3. Carefully planted tabloid stories by he and Alfred.
Technically speaking, he doesn't have a job as you or I would describe it. the running of Wayne Ent. is done by Lucius Fox and Bruce trusts him and stays out of it.

His mission is to rid Gotham of all crime. He goes after muggers, robber, murders and super villains alike.
He goes out every night. He's learned to survive without much sleep. His job doesn't require him to do much, as far as I know. Being Batman IS working out. I mean, dodging bullets and fists and using villians as a punching bag?? And his reputation is kept during the day... He can freely frolic and flirt with whomever he likes all day.
I'm sure he's quite the world expert on time management. And as for going out every night, etc., etc., think about this: He only goes out after major crimes/criminals, not the usual stuff that Spidey stops. And think about this as well - I'm relatively sure that even superheroes have their days off; they just don't get written about!
He potrols every night that he is not working on a case. If he is on a case this takes the place of oing on patrol. Bruce has trained his body to get by on very little sleep.
Batman go out every night around 10 or 11 if he has to be in early to work Al calls and remades him about it. when he is out of town one of the boy's take over. if dose not take him all that long to patrol the city because of the Bat Family everyone has a part of the city that is there omen to wash and track.
In the new Batman comice with is son Damian Wayne with Talia al Ghul he has been staying home more to Alfred does not have to do so mush. Damian is Precocious, spoiled, and violent, and being around Assassins all his life he is not offered to kill. Bruise would wrath take care of him along and show him how mush love can do in hope to send him down the right path.
