None of the cartoons you listed are banned.
However, it started back when Ted Turner still had a lot of pull at AOL-Time-Warner. He, along with others, decided that those cartoons were in many cases too violent, and in other cases, like Speedy Gonzales, were racist. So, many were just no longer aired on AOL-Time-Warner networks at least here in the US.
Funny thing is that someone looked into the Speedy Gonzales thing and as it turned out, Speedy Gonzales was a VERY popular WB character in Mexico. I guess the heads at AOL-Time-Warner were just letting the Mexican fans know that they thought they were just too stupid to realize that they should be offended, or something like that.
You should ask Ted Turner about that one. He hasn't been doing much since he got heaved off the board at Time-Warner.

The sad part is that all the good cartoons are gone and are replaced by these horrible shows starring jail bait flloozies like Hannah Montana, Zack and Cody, Phil from the Future, and Lizzie Mcguire to name a few. What the hell ever happened to all the awesome cartoons of the 90's? I'm with you man.What is the world coming to when you can't sit around in your underwear on Saturday morning and watch Marvin the Martian try to blow up the world or Wily Coyote fall off a cliff.
they aren't exactly "banned"
some of those cartoons are on certain tv channels, other than basic cable, that you have to pay extra for.

An increasingly politically correct society overall.
The latest that I've heard that annoyed me is that they've digitally removed all the cigarettes out of tom and jerry's and bug bunny's hands during the older cartoons where the animation was noticeably different than what we're used to (50's style through spacejam).
Apparently they don't want children to get the wrong idea about smoking too early in their adolescence...
