Sometimes you can find whole sets of Manga from eBay that are slightly used, but in excellent condition, and they are REALLY cheap.
If you cant find it there, try Amazon.com, they are also an excellent place. You can get manga on pre-order, so it is mailed to your house the day it comes out, and it is free., and mostly everything is "Free Super Saving Shipping", which means you don't have to pay extra for shipment. That is if you buy it from the actual site.
If you buy them used from users on the site, you can find a volume as low as 2.00 with 3.00 for shipping (half of what youd pay for a new one)
