I'm looking for series that are completed, high quality animation parallel to that of Ergo Proxy, and with a more psychological plotline. I am a true fan of Ergo Proxy, Eureka Seven, Last Exile, and Claymore. I'm hoping someone can recommend series that are of equal calibre. Please help!

one piece? never mind its too far in the series to understand
Dragon Ball Z. I dont think its completely made into high definition , but atleast the first 3 seasons are.
One Piece is good, however you might be thrown off by the art, and it may seem "goofy" with just a glimps of it, but seriously its the bestmost original anime out there that once you get into it you will start doubting your taste in other anime (becuase other animes will seem more unoriginal and cliche).
I agree with mizu and cancan’s comments about One Piece… It’s one of the best anyme/manga ever!
The completed series I would suggest Rurrouni Kenshin, Peacemaker Kurogane, Tsubasa Chronicles, XxXholic, X/1999, Chobits….. Well, almost every CLAMP’s anime/mangas got good drawing….
