If someone has come up with a character like that, as few above have previously suggested, then I've never seen it. I think that would make a cool, believable villian.

No offense, but I think someone has already come up with a character like that.
In this wide world of comics I'm guessing that this character has been done before...but I DO like it, execpt for the retractable claws, that's so overdone.
