It hasn't been subbed yet. Formula and KousenKarasu are subbing Shugo Chara!. Subs should come in 1-3 days. Episode 5 should be uploaded onto streaming sites a few hours after subs are out, maybe longer.

If you plan on continuing to watch Shugo Chara, you should know that not all the episodes have aired yet and it could take a while for subs after it airs, if you didn't know that already.
