dude... cruella was going to skin little puppies alive to make a fur coat... she is definitely way more evil than gladys sharp!! gladys just wanted to get rid of the animals because she didn't like them... cruella wanted to torture them so she could wear a coat!! so i say cruella is definitely more evil!! and she just looks more evil too!! (i'm thinking glenn close as cruella...)
