Neji or Sasuke ?!

It's really hard to pinpoint who's better coz there are certain criterias (i made in my mind) that each one excels ^^
Well, for me, Neji excels in "Mr. Humble Guy" or "Mr. Nice Guy" test (test i made up^^). I think, Neji is way kinder and more optimistic than Sasuke (like his white eyes^^). Though at first, he has that "fate-can't-be-fought" and "weak-remains-weak" philosophy (i just made that up), he starts to value his teammates and other more important "stuffs" in life. Also, i like it when he fights, he tend to control the force of an opponent rather than attempting to use force against force.
On the other hand, Sasuke lusts for strength that he thinks that every victory indicates his growth (I don't like that). Also, he's kinda boastful O_o Disregarding his traits, i find him to be cute (still, I consider Naruto cuter :p). That's why, I think he excels in "Mr. Dream Guy" test. (another test I made up^^) I like it when he's in the "calm" mode, he really looks very mysterious and i like that. XD *squeals* *cough cough* I also think he's really intelligent and good fighter... no one can argue with that. So i think, he excels in my "Warrior King" test.
Overall, my perception tells me, they're BOTH the best persons in their own way ^^
Kind of hate to say it, but... Sasuke.
Well, if you are talking abou fighting then Sasuke..On the other hand Sasuke is an emo.But I like Neji way better.

Sasuke is a better fighter but Neji isn't as desperate as Sasuke. Sasuke has to enlist the help of Orochimaru in order to meet his own goal. Neji knows how to get where he wants on his own. Sasuke is the better fighter but Naji is the better person.

depends on where in the series you are up to, i would say Neji. But against cursed sasuke level 2 i have to say sasuke
