One great comedy/romance that I would definetly reccommend is Ouran High Host Club --- you'll be laughing with every turn of the page. xD The art is very good too, and there's lots of intertwined love stories :]
My All time favourite romance anime/manga is Hot Gimmick, a DEFINITE must-read!
Another good read is Love Monster, the artwork is really attractive and the overall storyline leaves you on the edge of your seat many times.
