Naruto Shippuuden?!
Question: Looking for some info I want to know if they're going to be bringing the lastest version of the show to the U.S.?. Cartoon Network is running double eps of the the sasuke retrieval arc, the very last of the good eps before the filler arcs. Which last two to three years in real time if not more. So is cartoon network planning on bringing shippuuden to continue from where the sasuke retrieval arc left off, and run it along side the fillers?.

They could very well start bringing over Shippuden but I wouldn't expect it before the spring season of programming. Japan is on episode 32 right now and assuming CN runs it like a normal show we'll be about a year or so behind at that point so we won't catch up with the Japanese version without going through a decent sized buffer first.
As for them skipping the filler, I wouldn't count on it. Naruto as a Series has got the same kind of fallowing DBZ and Sailor Moon had, witch means any ads paid for are sure to be seen so if they can show it paralel with Shippuden that means they'll have at least 2 timeslots they can charge more for so it wouldn't surprise me to see them running back to back, after all all the filler doesn't exist in the manga so it's not like you'll miss any character development by starting Shippuden early.
They'll probably air the fillers because they are still considered real episodes to them.
yeah frozen flower is right and cause shippuden isn't that far ahead yet and they won't have enough episodes to air.
was the last episode of naruto when they were retrieving Sasuke? I don't think so
