cagalli will not end up with the purple hair freak guy because that guy will die during the war.....but sorry I also don't know if cagalli and arthrun will end up together because they didn't show what happen to the them during the last episode.
maybe.... its hard to tell since it didn't end with cagalli and athrun but maybe not cuz she so busy with affairs like wars and politics but maybe yes cuz she does like him... hard to telll... yea...
