I would recommend 4chan for anime images. But becareful, there are many disturbing images there, it could scar you for life.

Edit - Manga and Anime are not the same thing, Manga is a comic book - per se, while an anime is more a cartoon - per se
While all together different then american cartoons, they are more mature and sometimes more graphic, the showing of bare butts and breasts as well as general nudity are no big deal, you can watch an anime made for 4 year olds, and have nudity in it.
This is anime. buy some DVD's from www.manga.com. Manga and anime are more or less the same thing
