Question: I'd have to go with Silver Surfer. He has the power cosmic. He no longer needs to eat, drink, sleep, breath, or go to the bathroom. He can survive inside the center of the hottest sun. He can travel at warp speeds and transmute matter to his will. He is so powerful he finds himself facing the beings and entity's in the universe that others can not even comprehend let alone stand a chance at beating. He is a noble and pure soul who sacrificed his freedom to save his home world promising to lead galactus to world not rich with life. However, galactus took his memories and they did not return until he arrived on earth a planet similar to his own world. He now spends eternity surfing the space waves to atone for his sins and preach peace and the importance of all life.

I have to say Red Arrow. He has been do wing to job sens he was 15 and has even worked for the government doing it. He lead to Titans and the Outsiders. He can make any thing into a weapon.
