I watched Devil may Cry because I loved the game. There's plenty of action in the anime but the character development was poor. At some parts it was a little slow too. Overall I would say it was ok. Not one of my favorites though.
love them but have to pace myself in watching because they get boring after awhile...
I saw season 1 of Devil May Cry. I have to say the animation is pretty sweet, however, the series really lacks in character development and understanding of the storyline. I would have to say the Games almost provide a better understanding of the franchise.
I would have been much more satisfied if they explained his history, his father's relationship with a human woman, and his passion to protect mankind from devils.
I saw one episode and quit. Didn't really like it. Then again, if you're into dark, violence, and great soundtrack then DMC maybe just for you. I think the character doesn't develop well. Maybe coz' the fact that he's a little too invincible for me.
Hey, but that's just me. ^_^
I liked the series but it would have been better if it had more of a feeling like he was having trouble defeating them or if virgil would heve appeared
p.s i wish they would make a movie from the devil may cry 3 storyline
i haven't yet but i have just like finished reading the first manga of it and yes when i get around to it i diffently will watch it!
