Speed Racer when I was a kid. Seeing them now they look so corny. There were times where we were packing to go to the shore. And they were about to tell you who Racer X was. And I be like aw come on mom and dad I have to watch this!. Usually they won out in that argument.

I love the old cartoons! I loved Tom&Jerry, Captain Planet, Scooby Doo, Looney Tunes and Winnie the Pooh just to name a few.
Personally I find most the current kids shows really boring...I mean little plasticines walking around? Educational cartoons? And the voice actors can't even compare.
I know little kids where you point out the T.V. and go "look ___ is on" and they'll just go back to whatever they were doing because they have no interest in cartoons. Back in the day when someone mentioned cartoons all the kids would crowd around the T.V.
Some of the new-er cartoons that weren't on when I was a kid that I do like are Spongebob Squarepants, Fairly Oddparents , Totally Spies and Kim Possible....I can't think of anything else...mind blank >.<

Family Guy or the classic favourite of all kids, Oakie Doke. It wasn't really a cartoon but it was like plastacine, but I hope that is still counted. The best theme song ever and you can still watch it on Youtube!
