Elektra didn't totaly beat Catwoman in the cross-over, plus Catwoman have 9 lives.
They already had this fight in the Marvel vs. DC crossover. First, Catwoman has no powers just training, skill, and gadgets. (The Selina Kyle and most popular version). Elektra is a trained Assassin and killer not a mere thief. She would take Catwoman out. This was also the outcome of the crossover. I'd love to see this fight in a jello pit with no weapons though. Talk about making millions on a pay-per-view special.
elektra would own her, which is too bad because catwoman is way more sexy
