None in particular, his a badass like Wolverine, has Money, Brains and Resources like Iron-man and Mr. Fantastic, dark side like Blade and Ghost Rider. But most likely Black Panther, they have the same outfit and fighting style.

Dr. Doom and Black Panther. These two are more like Batman than any other Marvel Characters. Black Panther has a similar outfit, fighting style, technique, and is very wealthy with lots of tech and gadgets. Dr. Doom has more in common with Batman than anyone else. He may be a villain but he is the only one that has the same level of wits and intel as Batman. Batman single has plans for taking out every super being in the DC universe. He is so sly he joined the JLA just to find out their weaknesses. Dr. Doom is the go to guy when there is impending destruction of earth in Marvel. He always tells the heroes how to beat the all powerful enemy. Dr. Doom is very, very sly. If you doubt this just go ahead and read the Doom 2099 series which stars the original Victor Von Doom unlike most of the 2099 series. His underhanded methods and ability to predict how everything will play out put right up there with Batman.
I don't think he has an exact counter-part like other characters. He has the money and some of the gadgets like Ironman, and the fighting skills and attitude kinda like Daredevil, and depending on the writers some characteristic of others as well but Ironman and Daredevil I think are the two closest.
I'd say moon knight or daredevil.
They have to be very smart, not overpowered, but have a dark side as well..
Iron Man is the most like Batman among the well-known Marvel characters (as the rich playboy with the fancy gadgets and owner of a huge company), and M.r Fantastic is the same "can defeat anyone with enough time to plan", but Moon Knight is almost a carbon copy of Batman overall.
Both have a central theme (bats and the moon) that premiates all of their equipment (Moon Knight has a moon boomerang, moon-shaped darts, even a moon-themed supercar).
Both wear a costume that includes a cape and obscures their face.
Moon Knight has a utility belt that looks near identical to Batman's, except that most of the time it's been the same silver color as the rest of MK's outfit.
Both come out almost exclusively at night.
Both are filthy rich.
Both have a bulter and a young friend who know their secret identities.
Both see themselves as some sort of venge-filled force for justice as a result of a diliberate criminal attack that had a huge impact on their lives.
Both are near-godlike martial artists.
About the only differences between them are that Moon Knight is actually somewhat superpowered, having been resurrected from the dead by an Egyptian god, and Moon Knight has no problem at all with killing villains.
