Well, let's see!! Spongebob, is a sponge, and would not get hurt by physical attacks like hitting, shooting, and Bob the builder would bleed to death if he even got a little scratch. On the other hand, bob the builder could build himself a tank or something, and what can spongebob do? Laugh! So i think spoongebob would win cause that laugh of his is so darned annoying, he'd annoy bob to death.
