Question: I just started watching Rurouni Kenshin, it seemed at first to going really well, but now im on episode 23 and im noticing that it really doesnt have a story line, should i continue to watch it?

Yeah you should, it does go through a period of.... how shall i say.... lameness.... but it picks up soon. the next arc is awesome, so don't give up on it yet
Yes you should. It'll get more interesting especially the next arc. Just try to hang on through the filler episodes.

Yes, I think you should. continue. It loses sight of the plot at the beginning, but if you pull through, it's really good, and does have a story line. If you're bored with it, you can look through the manga, skip though where you think it's not to interesting, and continue with what you do like. Sometimes it can become somewhat boring, to some people because it talks quite about about the history of the Meiji era.
Do continue. Rurouni Kenshin is highly recommended!
Yeah keep watching, but after you're done make sure to watch the Samurai X OVAs of the series, because the anime doesn't contain the final arc of the original storyline( Jinchu)
