Batman would win since he's not just a vigilante. You forget he's also a detective. They actually had a team up years ago. It was a Marvel/DC crossover. They teamed up because Jigsaw and Joker teamed up.
This question comes up over and over....it's Batman, plain and simple. Better fighter, better weapons, and smarter. Plus this got answered in that one-off JLA vs. Avengers series they did a few years ago.
The fight I'd like to see is Batman vs. the Daredevil. Or The Thing vs. Dr. Laura. But that last one's off-topic, I grant you.
