Naruto. He has incredible regenerative abilities due to Kyubi. Also, when in a tailed state (which naruto would probably be forced into as a survival mechanism if the T-virus were to invade his body), the chakra is so intense that it acts as a potent poison to anything thats not Naruto's body, so his body would probably would become an inhospitable environment for the virus.
