The series "True Gun" is Japanese Anime. I can't think of any movies though. Sorry.

Last Exile (Gonzo Digimation) is a 26-episode anime with guns, swords, blood, steampunk ships, and....BiShOuNeN (hell yeah!!).
Beautiful CG and cel art, and a complex plotline (I didn't know what was going on until episode 15, lol.). Definitely worth watching.
