no, its just in interesting side note the mask is a dark horse comic book although dark horse is owned by marvel.
Loki and Thor are not Marvel characters in the truest way. Marvel has verssions of Loki and Thor as well as othe Asgaurdians and other Gods. DC also has versions of many of these Gods as do other publishers. The reason for this is that these characters are in the public domain. So because of this reason the Mask is not a Marvel Character.
