Two programs that are A. expensive and B. complex are Adobe Flash and Adobe After Effects.
Flash is the most common, and it will cost you a fare bit unless you can get an educational discount or something.
Adobe Flash. this is the only one you will need.
student edition $219 at adobe site. shop around get a good price.
