Is Mirage of Blaze worth buying?!
Question: I found Mirage of Blaze (the complete series) in a boxset at my video store for $44.99 + tax. ( I only download from Veoh and they don't have it... besides, I rather buy DVDs cuz I like the boxsets).
Is it worth buying? I've seen the OVA and it was okay... I had to watch it 3 times to understand who all the characters were so I thought maybe the series would be better and explain more about who everyone is and their past lives, etc.
Is it worth spending that much money on this series? Also, does anyone know if this series is going to come out in a slim case? Maybe I'll wait if it will be in a slim dvd boxset. (I bought all the DVDs of Gravitation individually and then 2 months later there was a boxset that was about half the width of all the DVDs I bought... too bad).

Please, I normally do not try and tell someone what anime DVD to buy because I feel that is just personal preference. However, I MUST make an exception. Do not buy this anime series. First, the price is way too expensive. Second, the series is worth crap! The storyline is awful and it is one of the most difficult series to follow. It took me almost to the end of this gawd awful series just to figure out who was who and that the program was shonen-ai/light yaoi.
This and Boboobooo are the only anime programs that I truly dislike and could never even slightly recommend it to anyone.
Just my 2 cents.
I'm sorry, I don't know much about the technical aspects of the box set, but I personally was not a fan of the series. I only watched the first 5 episodes, but found it to be boring, so I never went beyond that. And I'm not sure that approximately $50 for a 13-episode series is a good deal.
