I think Pixar is much better. The difference between the two is Pixar always comes out with very nice films where Dreamworks can be hit or miss. Pixar has such greats like Toy Story 1and 2, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille, The Incredibles, Cars, A Bugs Life, and Monsters Inc. All of these movies were great for both kids and adults and critics loved them as well. They were all box office hits and all easily surpassed the $150,000,000 mark in the US alone. When you watch a Pixar film you have to see it many times because of the all little details they have which is so great and you can see how much time and effort is put into their films. Pixar even managed to make a movie about a rat becoming a chef into a hit and earning the top reviews for the year. Sure Dreamworks had some good ones with Shrek and Over The Hedge, but you just can't compare the two studios. Pixar easily wins my vote as the better of the two.
I'd go for Dreamworks... asked my younger bro about it. Besides, dreamworks' animations are much more famous than Pixar's.
