What is your favorite romance manga?!

I definitely recommend Hana Kimi. It was the first manga that I ever read and even after reading lots of others it remains my favorite (plus there are two live action dramas based on it, which are fun to watch while reading the series).

Its set in a all-boys school and has lots of really hot characters. It's a really sweet and cute, but there's also a lot of hilarity that ensues, particularly when one of the male characters starts to develop feelings for the female lead who is disguised as a boy, leading him to question his sexuality.
As for others, Fruits Basket, Absolute Boyfriend, and The Gentemen's Alliance are good, too.
I am not sure. I think that it is tied between "Kare's First Love" and "Mars."

The Gentlemans Alliance by Arina Tanemura is great for that! Although it is not finished in America and has a hint of mature content, that shouldn't turn you off though because it's all implied and not really that much. It's also beautiful artwork.
Absolute Boyfriend by Yuu Watase is also a good one, if you're willing to accept the absurdness of it all, something safer by the same author is Imadoki.
