How did Kakashi get his Sharingan?!
Question: I haven't seen all the episodes and am wonderin if I missed one where he explains it because I don't know. I also wanna know why he only has one and why it drains him more than it does the Uchiha clan.

It's detailed in the manga arc "Kakashi Gaiden", which was never turned into an anime episode.
Kakashi is not an Uchiha; his family name is Hayate. While on a mission with his team, which featured Obito Uchiha, Kakashi lost an eye while protecting Obito, who was later crushed by a boulder, costing him one of his eyes immediately and eventually his life. To prevent an enemy from getting a Sharingan eye, the remaining good one would have to be removed or destroyed, and Obito asked that Kakashi get it, to replace the eye he had lost. (Incidentally, Obito is the reason Kakashi is always late. He spends most of his spare time visiting the shrine to fallen comrades [where he held the bell test with Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura] in rememberance of Obito, and just never drags himself away from there early enough to be on time).
As to the question of why it drains him more, the Uchiha have some sort of special stamina related to the Sharingan. Since Kakashi isn't Uchiha, he doesn't have it. Honestly, I think it makes him a better fighter, as the other Uchiha we've seen have used it constantly in every battle, almost as a crutch. Against someone who knows how to counter it (like Gai) they'd be completely screwed, while Kakashi wouldn't be.

His old teammate had his whole right side crushed by a boulder. He asked Kakashi to take out his eye and implant it in his socket (Kakashi's left eye was injured in a fight and was no good). Their other partner Rin was the one who did the implanting. I think its in chapter 243. His teammate was obito uchiha. thats why he has the sharingan. It hasnt been done in the anime yet Also its not his bloodline so it drains him faster than an uchiha.

It was given to him by his friend 'Obito Uchiha' when he was about to die. It hasn't been explained in any of the anime episodes but you can read about it on the manga. The arc is called Gaiden... i guess.

The story about how did he get his Sharingan is only featured in the manga. In the anime, his story was only mentioned in several conversations, but not in full episodes, since the real story is not yet animated.
Kakashi, a Hatake family member, got his Sharingan from a dead partner of his team, Uchiha Obito. Originally, his left eye was wounded a.k.a. blind from battling an enemy ninja, and Obito died saving him from a huge rock falling. Obito, coincidentally, was half-crushed with only his left Sharingan activated, so he gave the Sharingan as a present for Kakashi's Jounin promotion before he died. The eye was implanted by another fellow member Rin.
Since Kakashi is not an Uchiha, it's possible for it to drain his energy more than any other Uchihas, because originally, Sharingan is Uchiha's Kekkei Genkai (which means, only those with Uchiha blood can use the Sharingan).
