I see no one has mentioned Hana Kimi. It has to be one of the best funny romantic cute and sweet mangas I have ever read. It's about a girl that is enrolled in an all boys school, and she has to pretend to be a boy at all times. This is so that she can be near the person she admires (has a crush on).
Hana Yori Dango (aka Boys Over Flowers) is also pretty cute. It's sort of funny as well, as the main character is a little crazy sometimes.
I haven't really read too much other than that. Chobits is definitely cute. Ichigo 100% is kinda funny too.
