Well, it depends. Each attack is used in different ways. In the Chuunin Exams, the attack wasn't as powerful because of the pain the curse seal was inflicting on sasuke. Sasuke rarely uses it, except in the movie Naruto, ninja clash in the land of snow. It seems to be pretty effective. Uzamaki Naruto Barrage is also used in a variety of ways. Naruto uses it with around 5 clones in the chunnin exams. When he fights gaara, he uses much more in the attack.
So as you can see, if you just say which one is stronger, you can't really have a straight answer. I suggest that you add more details in your question. "Which is stronger in the Chuunin exams?" or "Which is stronger when used at its full extent?" would be more specific questions and also would be easier to answer.
