in looks, powers, costume, mind set...etc etc, all around, whos better

Although they are best of friends, they have chosen different sides of the good guys since the Civil War.

Powers-wise, Ms. Marvel would take the cake since her powers are alien in nature. She has invulnerablity and a healing factor to boot. Costume-wise, Ms. Marvel's is definately skimpier (Her costume shows her legs!).
