Anime recommendations?!
Question: I'd like to know if there are any good anime that you'd recommend. But not the old ones, mind.

Define "old." Older anime series are often just as good or better than more recent ones. Some suggestions for series that have been made (or at least released in the US) in the last 3-5 years:
Peacemaker Kurogane...it is a period drama that has both action and supernatural.
Shaman King if you can get your hands on the original version (4Kids always ruins anything they get and Shaman King is no exception) might be good.
Ayakashi Samurai Horror Tales is a short, 3 story set of traditional Japanese ghost stories.
Scrapped Princess has lots of action, although I don't know that I'd call it supernatural.
Samurai Champloo has LOTS of action and most people think it's pretty good, but no supernatural really.
Negima could be considered supernatural, but I don't know about the action part.
Bleach and Naruto would probably both fall under action/supernatural...but be forewarned, both of these series go on FOREVER! We're talking 145+ episodes...and any series that long is going to have some boring filler episodes and flashback episodes.

Final Fantasy: Advent Children is good. I know it not traditional anime but I think you'll like it. There is a series called Afro Samurai that I thought was excellent. Check that out too.
