You can go to saiyanisland.com, click on Full Movies and keep checking on there, and it says on there that the predicted date is around april next year.

Any way it should be released in sub about a few days after it is released.

Why That Far? Based on releases of Naruto Movie 1, 2, and 3 we are projecting that the end of April or beginning of May is when Movie 4 will be available online. Of course, this is only a projection date and it could come out earlier, or even later.
