Who's the worest supper villein ever?!
Question: who in ur eyes is the worest or lamest super villein ever and y? my pick would have to be joker because he just plain stinks he would be at the bottom of the villein list for sure. it doesn't matter who u pick as long as he or she is just really bad at being a villein

Id Start off with the Scorpion... Mac Gargan from the Spider man comics... any villain that whines as much as he does about how unfair he's being treated is just lame.
From DC I'd have to say that its Doctor Light... he whines about not getting a break almost as much as the Scorpion does...
I mean who really wants to read about a Villain that Whines about how he's being treated... Any villain that has so little self esteem seems to be asking to be pummelled not by the HERO but by the Reader...
Sure Villains are supposed to have bad things happen to them and are supposed to be Egotistical and all that... But they have to some qualities that make them worthy of the Heroes they oppose.
Joker has a lot of qualities that have given him staying power... He's been in the game since the 30s and has really never been one of those villains that disappeared for long.
If you really want bad Villains look at the ones that never really sticked around for more than one story. Ones that really make you ask Who the Hell are you talking about? or how did the writers think he'd be a challenge or even a distraction for a hero?
Villains in my opinion shouldn't Whine. Beg plead and throw tantrums yes, especially when the Hero is winning. But Whine? who's going to care what powers you have if you are constantly whining about how unfair you're being treated.

Seriouly I pick the toyman, he makes this toys with ******* bombs and he wears this mask tht makes him look like a toy.

I can't remember his name, I think it was The Turtle, an enemy of The Flash.
He was the slowest man alive and caused Flash confusion because he was so slow, Flash would dart passed him somehow.

joker is somewhat opposite of batman. you see, batman does things in the dark.
joker openly announces his next victim and kills him or her in ways unthinkable. this is the part where batman finds toughest.to crack...
lex:luthor : because he's a friend of CLARK KENT and fiend of SUPERMAN, it means clark has to keep him at a distance, yet not break ties. you see, many a times, it is lex's clue to clark that SUPERman cracks the case.

There was a villian in the "Howard the Duck" comics called- no lie here- "Pro Rata, The Cosmic Accountant". I believe he had a mystical adding machine. Tres lame.
For the more mainstream folks, I gotta say The Owl (from both Daredevil and Spiderman). This was an overweight guy who couldn't so much fly as glide. He had to jump off buildings to do it, too. That means if he was on the ground, he was fairly useless. Except he had good vision. And yet he still wore glasses.
