That's his first appearance of his return since House of M. The story arc after that carries on for 12 issues of Uncanny X-Men called The Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire (Available in TPB)and then goes into the current mini series Emperor Vulcan (Latest issue #3 of 5).
It all explains why the X-Men are currently anti Xavier and why the couldn't locate him after House of M and how he gets back his powers.
Because Scarlett Witch alter the reality. One of the results was Xavier can walk.
After the House of M, reality was restored, Xavier was still missing and the X-Men were unable to locate him with Cerebro. Many assumed the worst. Xavier returned when Vulcan attacked the X-Men, revealing that Wanda had given him control of his legs, with the exchange being that he was no longer a mutant.
