Cowboy Bebop= It has some memorable characters, can be funny as heck, and just an overall good plot line, with an ending that sticks.
Trigun= Mostly the same thing as Cowboy Bebop. Although this anime really helps you analyze your ideals.
Fullmetal Alchemist= It has some of the funniest, and saddest moments in anime. It causes you to develop such a deep bond with the characters, that you'll laugh with them, and cry with them.
