Green Lantern vs The Torch who fly faster?!

Question: In the first Fantastic Four Annual (1964), the Human Torch's top speed is quantified for the first time; Johnny Storm can fly at 35 miles an hour for up to half an hour.

In the first Flash/Green Lantern crossover (in an issue of 'Flash' in 1962), Green Lantern is able to use his power ring to fly as fast as the Flash can run (and I should note that Flash doesn't attain his top speed in that story and probably doesn't even exceed the speed of sound, so Green Lantern probably flies no faster than around 800 miles an hour, but it should also be noted that Green Lantern isn't pushed to any limit either).

Granted, the Torch has overcome his earliest limits and has probably quadrupled his abilities since 1964, but any Green Lantern can use his or her power ring to do basically anything they can conceive provided she or he has enough "willpower." Any Green Lantern seems to easily achieve escape velocity on Earth, which is around seven miles a second.

The Human Torch is an entertaining character with a versatile power, but the Torch isn't noted for being able to fly particularly fast; the slowest Green Lantern in a herd of Green Lanterns should be able to fly rings around the Torch, even a little bitty one that looks like a dim-witted grasshopper.

the torch.

Human Torch

All the Green Lantern Corps are overdramatic wimps.

Hard to say.Green Lantern,I believe can travel in space protected by his rings powers. He can also reach other worlds. The Torch requires oxygen to keep his flame on and cannot go in space.I'm going to say Green Lantern is faster, because his power is a light like energy,he could move faster than a flaming man.

Green Lantern, Confirm!

GLs ring allows him to fly at light speed and across dimensions, much faster

I would go with Green Lantern(if his ring is fully charged) he flys through space
