Question: The series Rurouni Kenshin has like 96 episodes. But my friend told me that there were like two seasons before that, that depict Kenshin's life as a manslayer. Is this true? If so, what is the series called? And I am not talking about the OVA's because my friend said that it was lik over 60 episodes. Please help.

Well actually there are only 96 episode in the regular series. Your friend might've been talking about the Trust and betryal arc which is actually an ova. This takes place when kenshin was still the battousai and he met tomoe.

The anime is called Samurai X and shows how Kenshin became the Hitokiri Batousai. Also, if you like Kenshin, look up Peacemaker, it's got some Kenshin x-over.
